Disable Overlays

1) Run Discord.

2) Click the cogwheel icon at the bottom of the left pane.

On GeForce Experience

1) Run GeForce Experience.

2) Click the cogwheel icon at the upper right corner.

3) Toggle off In-game overlay.

Radeon Overlay

Press ALT + R to open the Radeon software.

In the menu displayed, select “AMD Radeon Software.”

Tap “Settings” in the top right corner of the dashboard that opens.

Navigate to “Preferences,” then go to the “General” section

Hit the “In-Game Overlay” button to disable it.

Once the In-Game Overlay switch has been disabled, the overlay will no longer be displayed on your screen. The ALT + R shortcut will also be inactive and unable to interfere with other apps.
