Application stopped working

To fix the “application has unexpectedly stopped working” error, players should: Disable Nvidia Reflex and Nvidia On-Demand Texture Streaming. Update graphics drivers either on Nvidia or AMD, and then restart your PC

you can also hit that Windows key and R and type in %appdata% then hit enter click on the file that says battle.net once inside of it delete all of it and then retry for Battlenet users only

For steam users follow this verify the Integrity of the game type in %temp% in your search bar delete all of the files in there:
